1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

·         1.1. The User's use of the website signifies agreement with this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing the User's personal data.

·         1.2. In the event of disagreement with the Privacy Policy terms, the User must cease using the website.

·         1.3. This Privacy Policy applies only to this website. The Website Administration does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites to which the User may navigate via links available on the website.

·         1.4. The Website Administration does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by the website User.

2. SUBJECT OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

·         2.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the Website Administration's obligations regarding non-disclosure and ensuring the protection of confidentiality of personal data that the User provides upon the Website Administration's request.

·         2.2. Personal data permitted for processing within this Privacy Policy are provided by the User by completing the registration form on the website.

3. PURPOSES OF COLLECTING USER PERSONAL INFORMATION

·         3.1. The Website Administration may use the User's personal data for the following purposes:

·         3.1.1. Identifying the User to process an order.

·         3.1.2. Providing the User with access to personalised website resources.

·         3.1.3. Establishing communication with the User, including sending notifications, requests related to website usage, service provision, processing User queries and applications.

·         3.1.4. Determining the User's location to ensure security and prevent fraud.

·         3.1.5. Confirming the accuracy and completeness of personal data provided by the User.

·         3.1.6. Notifying the Website User about Order status.

·         3.1.7. Providing the User with effective customer and technical support when experiencing problems related to website usage.

·         3.1.8. Providing the User, with their consent, with product updates, special offers, price information, newsletter, and other information on behalf of the website or its partners.

·         3.1.9. Conducting advertising activities with the User's consent.

·         3.1.10. Providing the User access to partner websites or services to obtain products, updates, and services.

4. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

·         4.1. The User is obliged to:

·         4.1.1. Provide personal data information necessary for website usage.

·         4.1.2. Update or supplement the provided personal data information in case of changes.

·         4.2. The Website Administration is obliged to:

·         4.2.1. Use the obtained information exclusively for the purposes specified in clause 3 of this Privacy Policy.

·         4.2.2. Ensure the confidential information is kept secret, not disclosed without the User's prior written permission, and not to sell, exchange, publish, or disclose the User's personal data by any other possible means.

·         4.2.3. Take precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data in accordance with the procedure ordinarily used to protect such information in existing business transactions.

·         4.2.4. Block personal data relating to the respective User from the moment of application or request by the User or their legal representative or the authorised body for the protection of personal data subjects' rights, pending verification, in the event of identifying inaccurate personal data or improper actions.

5. PARTIES' LIABILITY

·         5.1. The Website Administration, having failed to fulfil its obligations, shall be liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the improper use of personal data, in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.

·         5.2. In the event of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Website Administration shall not be liable if such confidential information:

·         5.2.1. Became public domain prior to its loss or disclosure.

·         5.2.2. Was received from a third party prior to its receipt by the Website Administration.

·         5.2.3. Was disclosed with the User's consent.

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

·         6.1. Prior to court proceedings for disputes arising from relations between the Website User and Website Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (written proposal for voluntary dispute resolution).

·         6.2. The claim recipient shall, within 30 calendar days of claim receipt, provide a written notification to the claim applicant regarding the claim review results.

·         6.3. In the absence of an agreement, the dispute shall be referred to a judicial body in accordance with current Ukrainian legislation.

·         6.4. Current Ukrainian legislation shall apply to this Privacy Policy and the relations between the User and Website Administration.

7. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

·         7.1. The Website Administration reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.

·         7.2. The new Privacy Policy shall come into effect from the moment of its publication on the online shop's website, unless otherwise specified in the new version of the Policy
